Join us as we honor and celebrate moms and their tireless commitment to family and community at this fun event presented by Folsom Parks & Recreation in partnership with the Palladio.

The 5K course – 3.1 miles – is flat and closed to traffic, making it an ideal route whether you’re a runner, walker, or stroller strider. The race starts and finishes at Whole Foods in the Palladio.

Although the race is electronically chip-timed for accuracy, the focus of the event is fitness, not competition. All registered 5K participants receive a custom dry-fit shirt and special finisher’s medal to commemorate their effort. Kids' Dash participants receive a special finisher's medal (no shirt).

At the finish area, all participants can explore vendor booths, enjoy DJ music, and sample some light refreshments.

Register today -- bring your mom, bring your family, and bring your friends!

We need volunteers!

Volunteers (ages 14+) are needed to help with registration and packet pick-up, event set-up and clean-up, course control and more. Learn more and register to volunteer.
