Designed as an authentic Italian setting, when complete Palladio at Broadstone provides direct access to stores in the tradition of popular urban shopping districts. Organized on a grid of neighborhood streets, the pedestrian environment creates an interplay of arcaded sidewalks, plazas, courts and passageways in a generously landscaped setting.

Palladio's design features Classic Italian styling in the context of a contemporary marketplace. Plaster and stone buildings have been designed to complement and accent the retail tenants and the public spaces that give Palladio its unique character. Sidewalks on the entry boulevards are shaded by a variety of arcades and tenants' awnings, trellises and decorative espaliers enliven neighborhood streets within.
