Produced by Visit Folsom and the California Capital Arts Foundation, the Northern California Short Film Festival is the first-ever edition of this exciting new event, taking place at Luxe Theater. Dedicated to showcasing the best in short fiction films, this festival celebrates creative storytelling from around the world, highlighting emerging and established filmmakers in the short narrative form.
