Fully completed scarecrow entries must be received by 3:00 p.m. September 30th. No sharp objects or weapons are allowed. No offensive wording of any kind. No touchups allowed after submission deadline. Palladio provided frame must be used. Gift cards have no cash value and no refunds given. All judges decisions are final. Placement of scarecrows are at the sole discretion of Palladio management. Anyone (family or individual) can sign up to participate. Cost is $5.00 for the wood frame to start your scarecrow. No supplies are given but the wood frame. Then once you return your scarecrow you will receive back a $20.00 Palladio Gift Card one per entry. Then we will display all scarecrows and pick five winners who will receive gift card prizes ($250.00\, $150.00\, $100.00\, $75.00 and $50.00). at sole discretion of Palladio management.
